William H. Naumann
William Naumann graduated with honors from North Central College where he majored in Political Science. He graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1980. Bill was the Associate Editor of the University of San Diego Law Review from 1979-1980. He was the author of "The Regulation of Real Estate Syndicate Securities in California" (USD Law Review, Vo. 16, No. 2, 1979).
Mr. Naumann is licensed to practice before all courts in the State of California. He is a member of the State Bar of California; the Association of American Trial Lawyers; Consumer Attorneys of California; and the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego (President 1999, Member of Board of Directors 1989-1998). Mr. Naumann was the Tort Law Editor of the Trial Bar News from 1989-1998.
Before co-founding Naumann, Levine & Silldorf, LLP, Mr. Naumann was a partner in the San Diego law firm of Sparber, Ferguson, Naumann, Ponder & Ryan. In addition to construction defect litigation, he has represented individuals, groups of individuals, business owners, entrepreneurs, businesses, homeowners, builders/developers and subcontractors in a variety of legal matters including medical malpractice, employment law and personal injury.
