Program Speakers:

Deborah Wolfe, Esq. - Elimination of Bias
Deborah will provide insight into the types of behaviors that constitute gender bias in the profession, how to recognize it, and how to prevent it.

Eric Ganci, Esq. - Competence Issues 
Learn how alcohol absorbs and eliminates from your body, and estimations for how certain drinks can raise your BAC.  Because many times "just having two beers" can put you close to or over the legal limit.

This activity has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) by the State bar of California in the amount of 1 hour of Competence Issues (formerly known as Prevention, Detection and Treatment of Substance Abuse or Mental Illness) and 1 hour of Recognition and Elimination of Bias in the Legal Profession and Society.
